Meet Rich Scierka, marketing strategist and owner of Scierka-Lang Media Solutions. Rich is passionate about his work and about finding new ways to help his clients. The best part of his job “is tapping into other people’s passions and their causes.” 
As a small business owner himself, he experiences some of the same challenges as his clients. A common challenge he sees is breaking through the noise and avoiding obscurity. Rich is not afraid to try something new and is always looking for ways to constantly evolve.

Rich’s drive to help others goes beyond the workplace—he’s a volunteer fireman and is on the boards of The Kate and the Valley Shore YMCA. Says Rich: "Get involved. Support your community organizations. We need more of that.”
Rich is inspired by his parents, who immigrated to the U.S. from Poland. He's very much aware of the struggles and sacrifices they made for him and his three sisters. They are the driving force behind his passion for life!
