Zen Collage Duex Classes
In this second session of mixed media collage a number of collage skills are covered with an emphasis on working with a variety of paper techniques including gel plate paper making and painting and stenciling the papers. After making the papers the focus shifts to the paper support staining and painting it, tracing subject matter onto it and continuing to collage. Participants then learn to glaze and scumble the imagery embellishing with various elements until the artwork is ready to be professionally finished.
