“Laughter: For the Health of It"
With Pam Krist Atwood
Did you know experts recommend laughing 100 times a day for overall wellness, but the average adult laughs only 10 times a day? Laughter therapy is a great way to reduce stress and manage the worries of life, but there are also physiological benefits of laughing. This workshop explores the research about lighthearted living and how to integrate more laughter into your days. The presenter, Pamela Atwood, is a gerontologist, senior services professional and certified laughter therapist.
