In Session Two of the five-session Business Fundamentals series, you will explore who your customer is in more detail. We’ll discuss competition (direct and indirect), and we’ll use SWOT – Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats – to help you understand how to position your business and how to compensate for aspects of your business that are being developed.
