some nutrition myths and seeks to demystify
the confusion surrounding nutrition. We take a
look at the standard American diet and what
it’s doing to our health as a nation, then zero in
on how various foods affect the body. Along
the way, we’ll touch on practical ways to
evaluate the nutritional value of food, and how
to begin to incorporate more wholesome foods
as part of a healthier lifestyle.
