Jump on a bike and ride to help CT cancer patients and their caregivers on Saturday, March 28 from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm at Iron House Fitness in Old Saybrook. ONE HUNDRED PERCENT of what you raise will be distributed to CT cancer patients this year - Every. Single. Dollar. The Cycle Against Cancer is an indoor cycling fundraiser that brings people together to form teams, fundraise, and get a fun workout in - all to help people fighting cancer in Connecticut! We ask each team to raise $1000, so get some friends together and sign up today!
The Cycle Against Cancer will especially help the family of our event Ambassador, 17 year-old Naz, a teenager from West Haven who is battling lymphoma. Always smiling, Naz is the one cheering up his mom and 5 year-old autistic brother. As our Ambassador, his mom will receive a significant grant to help with everyday living expenses; the rest of the money raised will be distributed to CT cancer patients throughout the year. You don't have to be an athlete to help CT cancer patients - we have had everyone from a 72 year-old grandma to an Ironman triathlete ride - plus everyone in between, so sign up today!
