CONQUERING THE COLD READ WITH BRIAN MICHAEL HOFFMAN LEVEL A: AGES 7-12 In this acting-focused audition workshop, Brian Michael Hoffman (Off-B'way: Horton, SEUSSICAL THE MUSICAL; Goodspeed: Jiggs, BECAUSE OF WINN DIXIE) will prepare students for cold readings – performing a scene from a show with little or no preparation beforehand. He will demystify this aspect of auditioning by teaching students techniques to quickly analyze a character and make bold choices that will help them stand out from the crowd.
