Who is your ideal customer?
John: A long term partner in the business. Someone who is loyal to the local economy and shares their time with us and builds a relationship.
Lauren: Someone who enjoys the outdoors, either at an experienced or inexperienced level. Someone who is willing to try new things and we can join them in that journey.
How can Chamber members benefit from your company?
We offer all Chamber members a 10% discount on our rentals. In addition, we are eagerly looking to partner with other Chamber members for boutique event planning and corporate programs.
What do you love about your job?
John: Working on the waterfront! Any stress incurred during a day seems to deplete when being on the water.
Lauren: Being able to utilize all my past work and life experiences to grow and expand the business into new and exciting directions. Being able to be on the water every morning is pretty cool too!!

John: The Annual Meeting & Silent Auction, and Business Connections Hour
Lauren: Business Connections Hour and Chili Fest.
What are some of your interests or hobbies?
John: Hunting, Fishing, Hiking, and Japanese Budo (Old Martial Arts), both student and teaching. If I’m not in the U.S., generally you can find me 60 miles Northeast of Tokyo…..
Lauren: Hunting, fishing, camping, Japanese Budo, and traveling with my kids!!
What is your personal philosophy on how to be successful?
John: “All that your hand finds to do, do it with joyful vigor, because there is no work, nor devices, nor knowledge, nor wisdom in the world unseen, to which you will eventually go.”
Lauren: Success is an ever-moving target that requires continual adaptation, education, and dexterity. To rest on achievements is to fail….
