Who is your ideal customer:
Individuals and families interested in developing estate plans, administering decedent’s estates, and planning for / applying to Title XIX (Medicaid). 

How can Chamber members benefit from your company:
I work with a diverse array of individuals with a variety of needs related to estate planning.  Often this overlaps with other areas of the law, such as business administration and real estate transactions.  Our services also often require coordination with outside professionals, such as banks, financial advisors, accountants, and many others.

What are your primary responsibilities:
I meet with clients, generally with the purpose of developing an estate plan or transferring assets, including real estate.  After we agree upon a course of action, I draft legal documents or effectuate a transfer.  I also work with individuals in administering estates through the probate process and guide individuals through the process of applying for Medicaid.

What do you love about your job:
I always enjoy meeting and connecting with new clients.  Working with clients in the structuring or transferring of their assets in a way most beneficial to their needs is particularly fulfilling to me.

Name your favorite Chamber service, program or event:
Business After Hours, Chili Fest, and the annual Golf Tournament.

What are some of your interests or hobbies:
Golfing, Kayaking, and local history.

What is your personal philosophy on how to be successful:
I have a genuine interest in meeting new people and working to stay as involved in the community as possible, because you never know where it will lead.
